Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Customers must report the issue within 12 hours of receiving the order.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage claim.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized outfits

  • Made-to-order products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Blouses with custom stitching or alterations

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal value or store credit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Pranavis Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
